We see ourselves as generalists with a specialist approach. Having been the retained search partners for clients across multiple sectors over the last 17 years, the breadth of our market knowledge is one of our biggest assets.
Our ability to support our clients with objective, holistic advice around cross-sector recruitment means they benefit from insights into the talent picture across a whole range of sectors and not just their own. Sometimes though, the specificity of the brief requires a more targeted search focusing on candidates within the same sector. Because we’re not a sector-specific search firm, we’re free to approach the whole market.
Unlike the limitations of working with an ‘industry specialist’ search firm who is restricted by their own reach in the market, we take a ‘blinkers-off’ approach to sector-specific searches, safe in the knowledge we’re not limiting the search because of relationships with competitor clients.
