Sherrington Associates expands coaching roster with the appointment of Hazel Bainbridge as Associate Executive Coach!
Having worked with Hazel for nearly a decade, both as an executive coach for our clients and for our team, and having witnessed the transformational change she achieves through her coaching, we are delighted to now welcome Hazel into the team as one of our official Associate Executive Coaches.
Hazel is a deeply experienced coach, certified with the ICF and having over 20 years' experience working with leaders through times of change, challenge and complexity. She has worked across private enterprise (including owner-managed SMEs), corporate organisations, the public and third sectors, and with self-funded individuals.
With a background in operational management, people development and nine years' experience at Board level as HR Director, she brings practical experience of leading through times of rapid growth and uncertainty. Hazel has also worked as an educator in leadership and management, serving as Associate Tutor at the Centre for Work Related Studies and Visiting Lecturer at the Business School, both at the University of Chester, and has designed and delivered leadership development and coaching programmes directly into organisations.
Hazel takes a sustainable leadership approach — believing that leaders who are self-aware and aligned with their values and sense of meaning not only lead with greater integrity but naturally create better conditions for the people and organisations around them. Her coaching builds that foundation from the inside out. Her style is warm and relaxed yet straight-talking, perceptive and collaborative — known for saying what she sees, challenging limiting beliefs and bringing a creative whole-person approach to keep the coaching relationship fresh and energising.
