Chester-based executive search and executive coaching specialist Sherrington Associates is thrilled to have taken a long-term lease on prestigious new city centre premises in the heart of Chester.
Historically the hub for the city's professional services and medical sector, Nicholas Street's 'pillbox promenade' is undoubtedly one of the most iconic commercial locations within the city walls and was the natural choice for Sherrington. The business was founded in 2014 by husband and wife team Rob and Joanne McKay and has enjoyed year on year growth over the last four years.
Now as the business enters its fifth year of trading, the business is in scale up mode and has recently gone about appointing two new Associate Directors to the business to support its executive search and executive coaching proposition. Undertaking complex executive level talent acquisition and development projects for some of Chester's most iconic employers, as well as major employers in specific industry sectors from around the globe, the business required a location fitting of the work it does.
