Founded in 2008, DTM Legal is a well-established, regional firm of solicitors, operating out of two offices in Chester and Liverpool. Providing clients with a full spectrum of legal services across Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Construction, Employment, Trusts & Estates, Business Recovery and Agriculture. Over sixteen years the business has gained an excellent reputation supporting clients across the Mersey / Dee region, nationally and internationally, expanding in 2013 with the opening of the Liverpool office, soon succeeded with a larger office in the heart of the city’s professional services quarter, St Paul’s Square.
Performance & Growth Director
Recently, DTM’s management team has been carefully shaping its future growth aspirations. The decision has now been made to recruit a Performance & Growth Director to spearhead the optimisation and development of internal systems and processes that will ultimately increase productivity and enhance organisational performance, whilst also laying the foundations for accelerated growth through better identification and conversion of new commercial opportunities.
The successful candidate will need to take a balanced and phased approach to change management, being careful to retain DTM’s strong culture of engagement and loyalty, whilst simultaneously introducing new mechanisms to achieve greater efficiencies across the business. It is believed that the successful candidate will need to come from a strong professional services background, or at the very least a B2B services background where they can evidence having delivered exceptional growth, preferably within a small to medium-sized partnership, where they have worked with a board, or partnership, to achieve significantly improved performance, resulting in tangible revenue and profit growth. The Candidate
We're looking to talk to experienced professional services leaders with an impressive record of optimising performance across the business leading to significant growth. The P&G Director will need to work seamlessly with an established team of senior managers, helping them achieve impactful process improvements that lead to tangible growth. Having worked in either a professional services or relevant B2B environment previously, the successful candidate will need to evidence a strong understanding of embedding value-adding performance metrics, with experience of working closely with a partnership or board to effect positive long-term change.

Remuneration
- Basic Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 pa (depending on experience)
- Company Car: Allowance provided toward a lease vehicle through the business
- Holidays: 30 days plus discretionary days between Christmas and New Year
- Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (Basic contributions)
- Other Benefits: Car insurance, breakdown cover, Private Medical Insurance for employee and immediate family, Membership to medical cash plan scheme (Medicash) for employee.
