The Purposeful Careers Podcast

In this podcast series, we explore how 'purpose' and 'impact' are shaping the landscape for executive talent, how since the pandemic, job-seekers drivers and motivations are changing and how in turn the secrets to attracting winning executive talent are also changing.

Warren Middleton, Senior Partner - KMPG, Manchester Office

In this episode we talk to Warren Middleton, KPMG's Manchester Office Senior Partner. Warren is an experienced Consulting Partner who has been with the firm for 22 years and a partner for 12. Warren is the UK National Markets Consulting team Lead Partner and leads a team of over 30 fellow partners. Warren sits on the NW CBI Council, is Chair of Runshaw Corporation and his work with KPMG has covered over 30 countries.

We were delighted to have him join us to discuss how 'the push for purpose' has been driving the talent landscape through 2022 and how purposeful businesses in the North West have been gaining an advantage by implementing more flexible working practices, providing opportunities for skills learning and tech-powered innovation.

Warren also shares some interesting examples of ESG collaboration and charity engagement and how these things are supporting talent retention at KPMG.
