In early 2025, regional law firm DTM Legal, established in 2008 and operating from Chester and Liverpool, partnered with executive search specialists Sherrington Associates to appoint a new Performance & Growth Director.

This pivotal retained search marked a critical milestone for the firm, which sought a leader with the strategic vision and commercial acumen expected of a P&G-level director, tailored to the dynamic nature of a law firm.
