Sherrington has won the 'People Centred Leadership Award' at the 2023 Good Small Business Awards! We are also thrilled to have reached the final shortlist for the overall Good Small Business of the Year!
On Wednesday 23rd March, the Sherrington team joined the best and most purposeful small businesses from around the country at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool. Celebrating the best efforts by small businesses from around the UK on sustainability, diversity and inclusion, social value and environmental impact, the team were in fantastic company.
Having worked so hard over the years to develop a business that is genuinely making a positive impact in the world, to receive this award is just recognition for our tireless efforts to live and breathe our values of authenticity, ethicality, tenacity and being partnerships orientated. People are the lifeblood of any business but no more so pertinently than in the world of leadership recruitment and leadership development. Winning the People Centred Leadership Award is proof that our hard work is being recognised and this brings immense pride to the team.
Our organisational purpose is'Influencing Sustainable Leadership' and we do this by recruiting and coaching exceptional, purposeful, values-driven leaders for our client's organisations. Watching these leaders go on to positively influence their organisations and making them more sustainable, is the reason we come to work every day. This award has made us realise that others truly see the impact our work is having and has energised us to keep doing more of the same.
