Retained Search Partner
First incorporated in 2002, MST Manufactured their first boat in 2003 and by 2014 had manufactured their 250th vessel. Around this time, they sought to grow their service division, providing training, maintenance, spare parts and warranty support for customers around the globe. MST first appointed Sherrington Associates as the retained executive search partner to recruit a new Managing Director for their growing Fleet Services Division in 2014. Then in 2016 a requirement arose for a new Senior Project Manager based from their HQ in Liverpool.
