Grosvenor Estate

The Grosvenor Estate represents all of the assets and business interests, including rural estates owned by trusts on behalf of the Grosvenor family headed by the Duke of Westminster. The three key elements are Grosvenor Group, an international property group active in 60 cities around the world (including Vancouver since 1953); Wheatsheaf Group, which directly operates, invests in and helps to develop businesses in the food and agriculture sectors, and the Family Office, which manages the philanthropic activities of the Westminster Foundation, as well as several rural estates in the UK and Spain and other financial investments.

Recruitment & Coaching Support

Over the years, Sherrington Associates have successfully supported Grosvenor Rural Estate's Family Investment Office with both management recruitment and coaching for key management personnel. In 2017 our team were appointed as the retained search partners to recruit a new HR Manager to join the team in Chester. Following the success of this project, Sherrington were once again subsequently appointed as a key partner, this time to support with a six-month leadership development project for one of the senior managers.

The recruitment project resulted in the successful appointment of an experienced HR Manager who went on to stay in the organisations for many years.
